Foundations of Ayurveda
Foundations of Ayurveda Course will contain:
History and Philosophy of Ayurveda
Dinacharya- Ayurvedic Lifestyle Training
Ayurvedic Psychology
Disease and Ayurveda
Yoga and Ayurveda
Ayurvedic Cooking
Ayurvedic Herbs
Sanskrit Mantras
Students will leave with a good amount of knowledge on ayurveda and the ability to begin to see the world and their particular practice through the eyes of ayurveda. Through dialogue and a scheduled one on one (with me) students will have opportunity to directly discuss how ayurveda can compliment their practice.

2 Hour All Levels Class
Be introduced to using Asana, Pranayama and Meditation for balancing overall health through the Science of Ayurveda. Classes will range from Classic Hatha, Dynamic Vinyasa, and a lot of fun! All classes will contain direction in Pranayama, Meditation, Sanskrit Mantra and a long nourishing Shavasana.

Balarama Chandra lives a life dedicated to sharing the beauty of Ayurveda, Yoga, Thai Massage and Conscious food preparation. He lived as a Hindu Monastic for 8 years immersing himself in living the life of a dedicated Yogi. After much deliberation he left the Monastic realm to further his studies and to more dynamically share the accumulated wealth of knowledge about life and healing. He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but can be found travelling abroad humbly sharing these ancient arts through workshops, trainings, and one on one.
He is a true pleasure to study with as he has the dynamic ability to make the seemingly complicated - practical and exciting. Although his training and experience is extensive, he regularly studies
with masters of his favorite healing arts and enthusiastically considers himself a student and a humble servant of the servant.
Balarama Chandra is a Certified Ayurvedic Consultant who has trained under
