Learning the principles of Thai Massage [TOP]
At NAMO you can study Thai Massage and its principles direct from a very experienced Thai massage practitioner. In all our courses (beginners and advanced) we will concentrate on how to massage, which means:
・How to use our body and bodyweight (Body mechanics)
・How to develop the right touch
・How to develop your sensing
・How to breathe and connect with your HARA
・Not hurting yourself, having your body relaxed
・How to make your massage more therapeutic (advanced course)
Most schools are teaching you a massage sequence so after a week you can reproduce this sequence, but not knowing and applying the principles of a good Thai Massage. Off course NAMO also teaches a sequence, but this will be the framework to teach these principles. Once you can apply these principles massaging will be much easier and will be much more effective.
